1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins the day after the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods. 2. Return of Goods

Goods should be returned promptly and no later than 14 days from the day the withdrawal notice is sent. The goods must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Returns that do not comply with these conditions may not be accepted or may result in a reduction of the refund.

3. Procedure

After notifying the Seller of withdrawal, customers will receive instructions on how to return the goods. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the items unless the Seller has agreed otherwise or the items are defective. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping method.

4. Refund

Once the returned goods are received and inspected, the refund will be processed promptly. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. The refund may be delayed until the returned goods are received or proof of return has been provided.

5. Exceptions

6. Defective or Damaged Goods

If the goods are defective or damaged upon delivery, customers should notify the Seller immediately. In such cases, the costs of return will be borne by the Seller, and customers are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.
